There is no rate card on this page. Work is quoted, and it is quoted after we have seen a plan.
How the work is priced
Three shapes, depending on how much of a building is going through:
- Per space. One floor or one suite, taken from the drawing to a model, a set of renders and a leasing site on one link.
- Per campaign. A stack of levels marketed together and priced as one piece of work.
- Per portfolio. An ongoing arrangement for an owner or agency putting assets through as they come up for lease.
Which shape fits is a question about volume and cadence. The extraction, the review and the hand-off are the same underneath all three.
Why the number is quoted
The drawing sets the price. A clean vector set with its title block intact is a different amount of work from a scanned print where the scale has to be estimated and the estimate confirmed with you. Floor count sits on top of that, and so does how much of the fitout is actually drawn on the sheet.
None of that is visible from a description of the building, which is why the first step is a plan rather than a form.
What early access means
The cohort is small and it is demo-led. There is no self-serve signup yet: an account follows a conversation. If the timing is wrong, ask for a spot and we will come back to you when it opens up.
